Application forms for events can be printed and returned with your cheque.
Cheques to be made payable to "Fifth Roundhay Guides" unless the form tells you to make it payable to another Unit.
When paying money at Guide Meetings, please put cheques or cash in individual envelopes (one envelope per event) and write your Guide's name on the envelope, the event it is for and the amount of money enclosed.
